New Market Products Pre-set set-up gauges are designed to provide faster setup when jobs are repeated.  After initial set up, the gauges are set to the critical tool holder side adjustment and diameter adjustment required at that position.  The gauges are then locked and identified with the Identification Tag.  The gauges can be stored with the cutting tools when they are not being used.  When the job is setup again, the locked gauges are used to preset the tool holder settings at each position, avoiding the "Trial and Error" process of the initial setup.
